Key Responsibilities

As an Apartment Locator, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients find their perfect home while building a successful career. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients in finding their ideal apartment by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Staying informed about the local rental market, including pricing, availability, and amenities.
• Managing a high volume of transactions efficiently.
• Converting renters into long-term homebuyers by offering additional real estate services.

Qualifications

We’re looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about real estate and client success. Ideal candidates will have:

• An active or current-inactive Florida real estate license .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients.
• The ability to adapt to market changes and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This opportunity is a 1099, commission-only role. Florida Real Estate License is Required.
