Mission Recruiting is working with a respected firm looking to grow its San Diego office , home to two full-time attorneys and fully integrated with the firm's larger Newport Beach headquarters. With four trials on the horizon and opportunities to second-chair, this is the perfect role for attorneys who want courtroom exposure without overwhelming billables.

Your Impact:

• Represent clients in trust and estate disputes
• Take ownership of case strategy and client communication
• Draft persuasive motions and participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Work alongside a litigation team that values collaboration and development

Who You Are:

• A California-barred attorney with trust litigation experience, or a litigator eager to specialize in probate disputes

• A strong communicator who enjoys building client relationships

• Interested in trial work and looking for mentorship to sharpen your courtroom skills
