Camping World is seeking a Business Development Administrator to join our growing team. The Business Development Administrator is primarily responsible for ensuring our website accurately shows inventory; that all photos are current and professional for units available at the dealerships. They also provide administrative support to the BD Sales department. Responsibilities include setting and recording/tracking RV Sales appointments in CRM, diligently and accurately recording prospective customer's information, monitoring response time on all incoming leads, maintaining thorough knowledge of all digital marketing activity/campaigns, adhering to scripts and talking points for phone calls, scheduling additional follow up based on contact, logging notes and appropriate stage changes with customers. Requirements include clear and concise written and verbal communication, being results driven and motivated for sales, excellent customer service, effective time management, ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills, prior CRM experience, computer savvy, and previous sales experience is a plus. May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
