Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office and ensure a smooth, efficient, and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Supervise administrative staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and basic bookkeeping functions.
  • Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee records management.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Track and order office supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Support HR functions including onboarding, scheduling, and maintaining employee files.
  • Assist with financial reporting and budgeting as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal staff and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Business Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of office procedures, bookkeeping, and administrative practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (QuickBooks experience a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.

Education & Experience:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of office management or administrative experience.
