Nu Line is poised for growth and is in a great position to improve and expand its business operations across the State of Kansas. Learn the ropes from our experienced staff and begin to make an impact on day one! We are seeking a Business Operation Administrator to fill a full-time position. This is a fairly broad position that will work closely with various divisions of our company.
Key Responsibilities
· Managing inbound calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages)
· Managing inbound shipments, walk-in customers, salesmen
· Assisting in office organization, printing plans, completing material certifications
· Imputing documents & correspondence in our project management systems
· Completing reconciliation of fleet fuel statements
Qualifications
· Minimum of a Bachelors degree
· Or 5+ years’ experience as an office administrator or relevant role preferred
· Proficient in office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Able to learn new computer functions
