We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator for an upcoming aesthetics study. The candidate must be willing to cross-train/work as medical/cosmetic dermatology Medical Assistant. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing the clinical trial and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. The Clinical Research Coordinator will oversee the execution of the clinical study while maintaining the highest standards of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the clinical trial, ensuring adherence to protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee patient recruitment, screening, and monitoring throughout the study duration.
• Collect, manage, and analyze data in accordance with established research protocols.
• Ensure that all documentation meets regulatory standards and is maintained accurately.
• Collaborate with investigators to develop study protocols and ensure timely reporting of adverse events.
• Maintain effective communication with the physician involved in the clinical development process.
• Work as a cosmetic dermatology medical assistant as needed.

Experience

• Must have CRC Certification
• 1 year clinical research experience
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and compliance management.
• Familiarity with data management systems and clinical trial software.
• Experience in patient monitoring and supervising research teams is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Medical assistant experience a plus, but not mandatory.
