Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, talented individual to join our construction company as a Concrete and Masonry Foreman. As part of our team, you lead crews in the completion of various major concrete projects, always ensuring a safe and efficient workplace. Experience in structural concrete, curbs, ADA ramps, driveway approaches, pour in place walls and panelized systems. Also, experience with CMU. You coordinate tasks for your crews according to current project needs, produce schedules for crew members, and supervise the use of machinery. In some cases, you may need to train crew members on safe equipment use. Our ideal candidate has considerable professional experience in construction, particularly with concrete projects. You must also possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
