POSITION SUMMARY

Manages the project planning, procurement and scheduling of corporate installation projects. Ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards. Leads on-site crews, coordinates subcontractors and vendors, and serves as the primary on-site contact for internal and external partners.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads and manages construction of corporate installation projects at sites nationwide.
• Oversees all phases of project execution from site preparation through final inspection.
• Coordinates project schedules, workforce assignments, equipment, and materials to ensure timely completion.
• Manages subcontractors, ensuring work is completed to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Supervises and supports site crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
• Conducts on-site problem-solving to address construction challenges and adapt plans as needed.
• Maintains regular communication with product development, engineers, and clients regarding progress, issues, and changes.
• Signs off on the final installation, with inspections and walk throughs.
• Ensures site safety compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years’ experience working in construction management, including being onsite in the field for installation/construction
• Must meet all qualifications to serve as the company’s Responsible Managing Employee (RME) and successfully pass the applicable state licensing examination
• Maintain active compliance with all licensing board requirements to hold and renew the RME designation
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with company and insurance requirements.
• Must be able to drive and rent vehicles for business purposes as needed; must hold a valid driver's license
• Bachelor’s degree in C onstruction Management , Engineering , Architecture , or a related field required.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Site Supervisor, or similar role, preferably in outdoor construction or specialty structures
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Working knowledge of safety standards and regulations (OSHA certification preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) certified. To be completed within first 2 years of employment.
• Strong knowledge of construction laws, codes, and permitting processes .
• Demonstrated experience in project management , team leadership , and contract compliance preferred.
• Plumbing and electrical experience preferred.

Work Conditions and Travel Requirements

• Ability to work in diverse outdoor locations and weather conditions
• Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Ability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
