REMOTE BUT MUST BE LOCAL TO THE GREATER DALLAS / FORT WORTH AREA

As a Customer Success Manager, you ensure clients gain maximum value from our tracking solutions. By driving adoption, resolving challenges, and identifying growth opportunities, you act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey—building strong relationships, aligning client goals with our services, and directly contributing to retention, growth, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Partnership: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Onboarding & Adoption: Lead smooth onboarding and tailor solution adoption to client operations.
• Issue Resolution: Address technical and service issues promptly, coordinating with support and engineering.
• Performance Insights: Monitor account health with KPIs and analytics; provide regular reports and recommendations.
• Retention & Growth: Drive renewals and expansion by demonstrating value and aligning with client goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Represent customer needs across Sales, Product, and Operations to influence priorities.
• Training & Enablement: Deliver training, best practices, and resources to empower client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing B2B roles, ideally in SaaS, IoT, or logistics.
• Proven success managing complex accounts, driving adoption, and achieving high retention.
• Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and Technical teams.
• Experience with tracking solutions, supply chain tech, or asset management is a strong plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving and escalation management with a focus on customer satisfaction.
