The Data Research Associate transitions between data entry and verification tasks using standard processes. Proficient in adapting to new tasks and providing insights to leadership. Responsibilities include performing clerical and manual work, validating data, and researching and analyzing metrics. Perform document review and audits, solve problems, and process escalated tasks. What you'll do Demonstrated proficiency in adopting new tasks, workflows, or products Operate a diverse range of tasks, moving between processes with guidance of management Analyze and research key information and accurately transcribing it into internal systems based on customer/internal requirements, utilizing appropriate resource What experience you need High school diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in a high volume processing center. Customer service experience What could set you apart Ability to respond quickly to unexpected changes. Ability to handle high volume of work and work under deadlines. Excellent analytical skills, problem solving and decision making abilities. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Ability to work autonomously, but follows instructions and guidance well. High level of organization and multitasking abilities. Understanding of PC functions and ability to learn/understand internal technology/systems. Experience with Google Suite preferred.
