Location: Scottsdale, AZ Hybrid (Must come into office Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM –5:00 PM (optional lunch = 8:00AM - 5:00PM)
Type: Full-Time Entry Level
Pay: $17-22 DOE

You’ll be the voice of the brand, helping customers through email with empathy, accuracy, and a can-do attitude. You’ll also collaborate closely with our tight-knit team to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Respond to customer inquiries via email with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency
Troubleshoot order and product-related issues using internal tools and systems
Assist with returns, exchanges, order updates, and general questions
Maintain a high level of professionalism and brand voice in every interaction
Collaborate with internal teams (fulfillment, operations, etc.) to resolve escalated issues
What We’re Looking For
You’re based in Scottsdale and excited to work in-office and collaborate with our team
Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
Customer-first attitude with a genuine desire to help others
Ability to stay organized and efficient in a high-volume environment
Preferred but not required: experience with Gorgias and/or Shopify
Open-minded, creative, able to stay fast paced, and open to growth. Working for an agency is fast-moving, and you need to be willing to wear many hats at times.
Bonus Points
Previous eCommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) customer support experience
Familiarity with ticketing systems or CRM tools
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
