In this Equipment Operator position based in Silt, CO , you’ll:
Operate excavators, loaders, dozers, and compactors with precision
Perform routine maintenance , including cleaning, greasing, and fluid checks
Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
Work 10-hour shifts , with overtime and weekends as needed
Maintain company equipment and uphold safety standards

3-5 years of experience in civil construction equipment operation
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to operate and maintain heavy machinery
Must pass a driving record check if operating a company truck
