Marketing Manager for Utah's Premier Bar Company || Specializing in B2B Strategic Partnerships

We are looking for a highly skilled Event Sales Coordinator to ensure superior client satisfaction is provided from the beginning stages of our customer journey to the completion of their events. The purpose of this role is to exceed our clients expectations of an enjoyable and safe event based on Top Shelfs standard operating procedures and team culture.

Scope

• Establish and maintain relationships with our clients and partners
• Create event proposals and coordinate details for contracted events
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the lifecycle of events
• Collaborate with the operations team to align clients vision and expectations for each event
• Lead on-site teams at events

Accountabilities

• Works with the clients and vendors to ensure each department has the necessary information and resources to deliver a successful event
• Management of events through the established sales process
• Ensure all aspects of event execution are met with the highest quality of service

Qualifications

• Background in beverage management in bars, restaurants, hotels and/or catering
• Strong computer skills; including G-suite, CRMs, and Excel.
• Professional communication skills
• Experience in leadership roles (preferred)
