Working Location: Harbourfront (Near MRT) Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Event Planning Pro – Conceptualize, plan, and execute events from start to finish Client Liaison – Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and deliver exceptional experiences Vendor Coordinator – Source, negotiate, and manage vendors for seamless event execution Budget Manager – Plan and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective yet impactful events Venue Scout – Identify and secure ideal venues that match event requirements Marketing Collaborator – Partner with marketing teams to promote events and ensure maximum attendance On-Site Leader – Oversee on-site logistics, coordinate teams, and troubleshoot to ensure flawless execution Creative Thinker – Design engaging themes, layouts, and experiences to wow attendees Post-Event Evaluator – Gather feedback and measure success to refine future events Multi-Tasking Star – Manage multiple projects with efficiency and attention to detail

JOB REQUIREMENTS
