BuildX is growing rapidly. Our mission is to become Massachusetts' #1 provider of high-quality, on-time, on-budget ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units) — and we’re on the path to get there.

We’re hiring a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to support the President of BuildX. This role is for someone who anticipates problems before they arise, brings order to chaos, and executes quickly and efficiently.

Location: Hybrid. Some remote flexibility, but you must be available to work in our Carver office regularly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and prioritize the President’s schedule and commitments.
• Act as a gatekeeper and time protector.
• Prepare and support communications and projects with speed and accuracy.
• Anticipate needs — not just respond to them.
• Coordinate meetings, gather information, and follow up on tasks to completion.
• Solve problems independently and keep things moving.
• Communicate clearly, directly, and professionally.
