Fantastic hybrid opportunity available in the White Plains area! One of our clients, a company who markets and imports a large portfolio of wine/spirit brands, is seeking an Executive Assistant for their President/CEO. This role will be hybrid (3 days per week onsite, 2 days per week remote), but could possibly be fully onsite at times, and will require a Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm schedule (possibility of overtime on occasion, if need be).
Our client is asking that we present candidates with a minimum of three years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, and a Bachelor's Degree (or similar level of experience) is required. In addition to providing administrative support to the President/CEO, you will also provide support to the VP of Sales and two other executives, on an as need basis. The primary focus will be on travel arrangements, meeting/event coordination, expense reporting, internal/external communications, as well as some data analysis of sales reports. Advanced knowledge and experience in MS Excel is of the utmost importance as you will be analyzing, editing, and extracting information; experience working with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and formulas will be necessary.
