Now Hiring: Delivery Driver – DRB Delivery (FedEx Ground Contractor)

Location: 2360 E North Street, Kokomo, IN 46901
No CDL Required | Paid Training | Company Vehicle Provided

About the Role:

DRB Delivery, a FedEx Ground service provider, is seeking reliable and motivated  Delivery Drivers to join our growing team in  Kokomo, IN . If you’re customer-focused, safety-conscious, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver packages to homes and businesses
• Load and unload packages efficiently and accurately
• Follow a planned delivery route using GPS and mapping tools
• Ensure timely, secure, and accurate delivery of parcels
• Maintain delivery records using a handheld scanner
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude
• Communicate with dispatch to report delays, issues, or route changes
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any concerns
• Keep the vehicle clean and follow all company safety standards

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required)
• Ability to pass a  DOT physical, background check, and drug screening (FedEx covers the cost)
• No felony or misdemeanor convictions
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Able to lift and carry packages up to 150 lbs (with or without assistance)
• Comfortable working in a physically active, fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: $150 per day
• Weekly Pay: Every Friday
• Health Insurance & Paid Vacation
• Paid Training
• Performance Bonuses: Includes safety bonus and per-stop threshold incentives
• Flexible Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
• Start Time: 8:00 AM (shifts typically run 6–10 hours, depending on route and pace)
• Average Stops per Day: 80–120
