The Field Behavioral Health Care Coordinator at UnitedHealthcare in Colorado organizes and coordinates behavioral health services for diverse populations through field visits and phone outreach. This position is a contractually required role as directed by the Behavioral Health Administrative Service Organization (BHASO) contract. This position will assist in organizing, collecting, reviewing and reporting behavioral health and social information through member visits and phone outreach, while demonstrating multicultural sensitivity and effective communication skills with Individuals accessing BHASO services. This position follows established safety protocols in the community setting and focuses on linking Individuals to the full continuum of behavioral health services that they may need. The employee will deliver culturally appropriate information regarding the availability of health and community resources that will reduce barriers to care.Schedule: Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Standard time.
This position is a field-based position with a home-based office. You will work from home when not in the field. Local travel up to 25% and mileage is reimbursed at current government rate.

The salary range for this role is $19.86 to $38.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
