Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Fleet Manager/IT Specialist to oversee our company's fleet of vehicles and manage our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, safety, and maintenance of our fleet while also providing technical support for our IT systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fleet Management:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet operations, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Coordinate vehicle inspections, repairs, and regular maintenance to ensure compliance with safety regulations and minimize downtime.
  • Track and analyze fleet performance metrics, such as fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance costs, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage driver schedules, routes, and assignments to maximize efficiency and meet patient care needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards related to fleet management and transportation.
  • IT Support:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
  • Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and security systems, to ensure reliability and security.
  • Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to safeguard data integrity and protect against cybersecurity threats.
  • Train staff on proper use of IT equipment and software applications to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, including vehicles, spare parts, and supplies.
  • Coordinate procurement of necessary equipment and supplies to support fleet operations and IT needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to avoid disruptions in service.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, such as vehicle records, maintenance logs, and IT inventory reports.
  • Generate regular reports on fleet performance, IT support activities, and inventory management to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in fleet management, preferably in the healthcare or transportation industry.
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in IT systems, software applications, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices for fleet management and IT security.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
