Flooring Installer Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installer to join our team of professionals at Alpha Builder. In this role, you will be responsible for installing tile, vinyl, and hardwood flooring in residential and commercial properties. You will contribute to our reputation for outstanding craftsmanship and client service while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Job Type: Full Time: W2 or 1099 depending preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install tile, vinyl, and hardwood flooring in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Prepare subfloors and surfaces to ensure proper installation and adhesion.
• Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials to specifications, accounting for design elements and patterns.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and fellow tradespeople to achieve project goals and maintain timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in flooring installation, with a focus on tile, vinyl, and hardwood.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and design plans.
• Familiarity with various flooring materials, installation techniques, and tools.
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Compensation: $19 - $25 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.

Location: Tucson, Arizona
