Golf Course Superintendent
Golf course in Dublin, Georgia is looking for a Golf Course Superintendent.
Position Overview:
• Manage daily operations of the golf course maintenance team, ensuring the course is maintained to the highest standards. Pesticide application license preferred.
• Develop and implement agronomic programs for turfgrass management, pest control, fertilization, and irrigation.
• Maintain and manage budgets for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance staff.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:
Two-year Degree, Certificate in Turf Management (or related field, such as agronomy, horticulture, plant science, soil science) or extensive experience.
Two years’ experience as a Golf Superintendent or 1st Assistant or observed performance demonstrating the skills and abilities to excel in the position.
Compensation:
$60,000 – $90,000 per year.
