Position: HR Assistant

Contract: 4-5 months (extension and perm possibility)

Shift : Hybrid- WFH 2 days; 8:30am to 5:30pm EST

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a high-caliber Customer Service/HR Support professional to join our client’s HR Contact Center team. This hybrid role focuses on answering inbound HR-related calls, handling payroll inquiries, and performing administrative support duties — with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and case management.

Roles:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries via phone and case system (ServiceNow).
• Respond to calls regarding payroll, leaves of absence (LOA), policies, and general HR issues.
• Open, manage, and resolve cases in ServiceNow system.
• Support HR operations including:
• Payroll inquiry resolution (partnering with payroll team)
• Tuition reimbursement processing
• Employment verifications
• Compliance/policy questions and acknowledgements
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).
• Ensure excellent customer experience through timely and professional responses.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of customer service, call center, or HR operations experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar case management tools.
• Working knowledge of payroll and timekeeping logic (not processing).
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors , Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills .
• Spanish language proficiency highly preferred.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior HR Contact Center or inbound call center experience.
• Strong case management and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Comfort working in a hybrid work environment.

Additional Information:

• Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite required
• Duration: Contract with potential for extension
