CSP has partnered with a global publishing company seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join the team. In this hybrid role (2 days in office, 3 remote), you’ll partner closely with leadership to fuel growth, empower teams, and drive organizational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a trusted advisor on all things HR—employee relations, performance, engagement, and development.
• Lead initiatives across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Use data-driven insights to influence people strategy and build a high-performance culture.
• Drive talent development, change management, and team-building solutions.
• Ensure HR compliance, deliver training, and champion continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

• 5–7 years in an HRBP or HR generalist role
• Strong grasp of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
• Proven ability to coach leaders, build relationships, and manage change
• Experience with HRIS (Rippling a plus) and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree (HR certification preferred)
