Our service department works on all types of systems including heat pumps, central AC, natural gas & propane furnaces, boilers, and some limited oil systems as well. Position Overview: We’re looking for a skilled and driven HVAC Service Manager to lead our growing service department. This leadership role oversees a team of four service technicians and one preventative maintenance technician—while also providing direct field support on complex service calls when needed. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring fast, accurate repairs, excellent customer experiences, and strong technical mentorship for the team. This is a great opportunity for a senior-level HVAC technician or lead tech ready to step into management with a company that values expertise, teamwork, and doing right by the customer. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, coach, and support a team of 4 service techs and 1 maintenance tech Provide in-field troubleshooting and repair assistance as needed Coordinate daily service schedules and prioritize urgent calls Maintain high standards for workmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction Conduct technical training and performance reviews Work with internal teams on parts, warranty processing, and system documentation Ensure safety procedures and code compliance are followed Identify recurring issues and suggest system improvements or service process changes Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience Full-time role with overtime potential Health, dental, and vision insurance 401K Paid holidays and paid time off Company vehicle for field work Why Endless Energy?
