Commercial Employees is staffing an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support a Huntersville, NC production team by ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of our facility's equipment and systems. Scheduled hours • 1st shift pay rate $50,000yr.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Ensure the operational efficiency of all electrical and mechanical equipment

• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance tasks

• Provide timely repairs to minimize production downtime

• Act as the onsite point of contact for vendors and contractors

• Communicate project status and maintenance activities to the Production Manager

• Diagnose, repair, and overhaul electrical components on critical production equipment

• Install, configure, and replace motors, sensors, and control systems

• Respond to and resolve electrical and mechanical breakdowns on the production floor

• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, automation systems, and related control devices

• Troubleshoot variable frequency drives, DC motor drive systems, servos, and steppers

Industrial Maintenance Technician Requirements :

• 2 to 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

• Experience with PLCs, automation systems, and drive systems preferred
