The Maintenance Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our hotel facilities. In this role, you will supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of maintenance, grounds, and water feature technicians, encouraging a culture of excellence and adherence to preventative maintenance protocols. As a leader in our maintenance team, you'll ensure the safe and efficient functioning of guest rooms, common areas, recreational facilities, and crucial equipment such chillers, boilers, and air compressors. Your hands-on approach will ensure not only efficiency but also adherence to our detailed preventative maintenance programs.

Our facilities maintenance department operates 7 days per week. Maintenance Team Members at The Point at Poipu may work varying shifts, but primarily will be scheduled from 7:30am 4pm and/or 1:30pm 10:00PM.
