HVAC Data Center Project Manager - Tulsa, OK

My client is a leading Project Management company looking to grow our capacity and capability with the appointment of a HVAC Data Center Project Manager based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

As a Project Manager, you will work on a large-scale data center construction project. You must have a strong project controls background and will be working for one of the most recognized firms in the US.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC systems, controls, and data center project management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, and budget of projects.
• Oversee and manage project activities to ensure quality, and provide direction regarding time and cost.
• Evaluate costs and advise on alternative proposals.
• Provide advice on contract arrangements and conditions under which the building will be constructed.
• Develop detailed project schedules to ensure all activities are completed on time.
• Collate and analyze performance, time, and cost data.
• Coordinate budgets and track expenditures to prevent cost overruns.

Compensation

• Salary: $165k - $180k

Qualifications

• A strong project controls background is essential.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale data center construction projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate start.
• Relocation assistance may be possible.
• Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates (E2, E3, H1B, and TN1).
• A bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, or engineering is typically required for this role.
