SNC's Military Fellowship Program partners with programs such as SkillBridge and Hiring Our Heroes to provide fellowship opportunities to service members transitioning to the civilian workforce. These fellowships include up to six months of on-the-job industry training for eligible service members. During this time, participants gain valuable work experience in the civilian sector and build professional networks as they prepare for their transition to full-time civilian work. NOTE: You must be currently serving on active duty to be eligible for this fellowship program. This program is not for veterans who have already separated from the military. The Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) business area provides affordable, turn-key command/control, communications, integrated ISR, force protection and security solutions worldwide. The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains – air, land, sea, space and cyber. Responsibilities include using Costpoint system to document all inventory transactions, using Microsoft Word for various reports, completing and distributing receiving records to appropriate Planner/Production Control, counting and sorting incoming articles and storing them, maintaining records on automated PC system and manual files, receiving pick lists and pulling material from stock to assemble kits, completing and distributing transfer records, rearranging storage, maintaining storage areas, complying with safety standards, issuing and maintaining office supply inventory, conducting cycle counting on inventory, conducting physical inventory on Government Property, computing work order costs and closing completed work packages, investigating problem items, maintaining Discrepancy Report, preparing requisitions for office supply needs, punctuality, supporting Shipping and Receiving as necessary, and other duties as assigned. Must be currently serving active duty military and eligible for DoD SkillBridge program, have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills, strong communication and leadership skills, decision making skills, ability to work well with a team, and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. Preferred experience with Costpoint. The position requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
