Overview:

Culligan by WaterCo is seeking a proactive and experienced Route / Distribution Manager to oversee our delivery operations, ensuring efficient service and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role involves managing route drivers, optimizing delivery schedules, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and support route drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Route Optimization: Develop and adjust delivery routes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular ride-along’ s and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
• Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all delivery operations adhere to company policies and DOT regulations, including vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Inventory Management: Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver performance, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in route management or logistics, preferably in the water treatment or beverage industry.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or Logistics is a plus.
• Licensing: Valid driver's license; ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in route planning software and Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing in and out of delivery vehicles.
• Capable of working in various weather conditions.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works in outside weather conditions and therefore could be exposed to a variety of elements.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $80,000-92,500K/year depending on experience
