Title : Oracle ERP Program Manager

Location : Downers Grove, IL

Duration : 6 Months

Salary : $70/HR on W2

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with C-Suite, IT, business stakeholders, finance and accounting to understand goals and challenges of ERP initiatives.
• Plan, execute, and oversee ERP system implementations to improve business processes and efficiency.
• Develop project plans, manage budgets and timelines, identify and resolve risks associated with ERP initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage vendors to ensure organizational goals are met.
• Ensure user adoption and transition into post-implementation roles, such as creating a centre of excellence to manage ongoing ERP operations and upgrades.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as an Oracle ERP Program Manager leading implementations for large organizations.
• Technical knowledge to manage system configurations, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Project management experience, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Experience using Smartsheet's for project planning and Azure DevOps for SDLC process (requirements, documentation, test cases, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills to lead team, stakeholder, and vendor coordination.
• An Executive presence: ability to work regularly with the C-Suite and manage other PMs.
• Ability to hold people accountable, have tough conversations, and lead people and processes in a deadline-driven environment.

Looking for specific experience in Oracle Financials, including:

• Compliance

Nice to Haves:

• Certifications in relevant technologies listed above.
• Previous experience in the professional services or accounting industry.

Interview Process:

• 30-minute technical interview with Manager
