Order Fulfillment Specialist Job Location: Sacramento, California Job Type: Temp to Hire Pay Rate: $24-$26/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:30am-5pm Description of Position: We are seeking an experienced Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our Sacramento based team. This role is responsible for managing the complete order lifecycle from order processing and coordination to shipment and documentation, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures. You will serve as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, vendors, and carriers, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operational processes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic e-commerce environment, is detail oriented and enjoys problem solving. Job Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end processing of customer orders, including generating packing slips, shipping labels, and Bills of Lading (BOLs) Prepare and convert client quotations to sales orders, confirming pricing, terms, and freight Serve as the primary contact for customer inquires, providing prompt and professional support Coordinate with internal teams, warehouse operations, and carriers to schedule pickups and resolve operational challenges Maintain accurate records in internal systems, spreadsheets, and other platforms Support accounts receivable tasks, including reconciling customer accounts, applying payments, and resolving discrepancies Process RMAs, exchanges, and coordinate return logistics Assist with inventory management and communicate stock availability and ETA updates Identify and implement process improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction Perform other duties as assigned to support the business Description of Company: You will be supporting a well-established company that specializes in high quality under canopy lighting in Sacramento, California.
