ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Part-Time Guest Experience Staff at NRG Park in Houston, Texas. NRG Park is a premier facility with four major venues: NRG Center, NRG Stadium, NRG Astrodome, and NRG Arena. The Guest Experience Staff, under general supervision, perform various duties in connection with scheduled events, acting as liaison between the facility and clients to ensure all client requirements are met and facility rules, regulations, and policies are adhered to. Duties include working the Guest Experience booth during events assisting guests with directions, event information, item checks, and ticket relocation; resolving guest issues and complaints with empathy; providing guest and event information; accommodating wheelchairs, senior citizens, students, and groups; assisting with hospitality services; serving as tour and tram guide; and acting as an ambassador of NRG Park. The role requires working independently, under pressure, maintaining effective relationships, good communication skills, and flexibility to work long and irregular hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Education required is a High School diploma or GED with 1-3 months related experience or equivalent. Must be licensed to operate a motor vehicle in the US and able to assist mobility-impaired guests. Physical demands include standing for long hours and moving around the facility. Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities.
