REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidate is a registered patent agent with prior experience and should hold an electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science degree. Patent application drafting experience is required (with experience drafting or prosecuting applications in the software and/or AI areas being preferred), and USPTO examiner experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, and sharp analytical ability.
