Personal Care Assistant Training & CNA Testing Prep based in Largo, FL

FULLY PAID 3-week course, both classroom & hands-on clinical training

All course materials & CNA Certification Test Prep Provided

$1500 Retention Bonus after 1 year of employment

The PCA training course consists of both classroom & hands-on clinical training on the skills & techniques of how to provide personal care and assisting patients with activities of daily living. The class features a fun, engaging and effective curriculum and learning environment dedicated to exceptional care and customer service.

This course also will prepare students to not only obtain their PCA, but to also prepare & test for their Nursing Assistant Certification to become a CNA.

Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are vital to the operation of senior living a nd health care communities. Upcoming Class Calendar:

• 11/3/2025 - 11/21/2025 9:00am - 3:30pm
• 12/01/2025 - 12/19/2025 9:00am - 3:30pm

Features of the Class:

• All students receive $14/hour for all classroom hours required for graduation (minimum of 48 hours)
• Pay increase to $14.50/hour after certification is obtained as a PCA
• Opportunity to earn up to $17.00/hour after certification is obtained as a CNA
• Retention Bonus at 1 year employment anniversary with a Palms of Largo facility
• All classroom materials and your first attempt at the CNA state certification exam are paid by the employer
• Free Lunch Fridays for all Students
• Opportunity for Full-time employment after certification is obtained
• 100% attendance in classroom, hands-on training, and job shadow is REQUIRED

To Qualify:

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Have the ability to commit to six months of employment
• Have a passion for caring for people
• Complete a pre-screen telephone interview, on-site personal interview and pre-employment screening (includes background check and tuberculosis screening)
