Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Pega Developer with expertise in Pega PRPC 5.x/6.x/7.x/8.x .
Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, XML, JavaScript, and SQL .
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies .
Experience with Pega Class Hierarchy, data models, and frameworks .
Ability to integrate business databases, legacy systems, and web services .
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills .
