PPC Specialist

FirmPilot is seeking a PPC Specialist to support the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns for law firms. You'll play a critical role in launching and optimizing Google Ads campaigns that generate qualified leads for law firms. From keyword research to conversion tracking and performance analysis, you'll ensure our clients get real, measurable results.

What You'll Do

Campaign Support

• Assist with keyword research and ad group structure tailored to legal services
• Write and test compelling ad copy that reflects legal practice areas
• Support campaign launches, budget pacing, and ongoing bid adjustments
• Collaborate on landing page strategy to align with ad messaging and client goals

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.) and identify optimization opportunities
• Assist Account Managers with regular campaign reporting and analysis
• Recommend adjustments such as negative keywords, bid changes, and A/B testing
• Monitor budget pacing to ensure consistent and effective ad spend

Tagging & QA

• Assist with setup and QA of conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads, and GA4
• Troubleshoot and resolve tagging or attribution issues for lead tracking
• Ensure accurate data flows into CRM systems for closed-loop reporting

Research & Strategy

• Monitor competitor law firm ads and keyword trends to inform campaign strategy
• Stay current on PPC best practices and Google Ads platform updates relevant to the legal industry
• Support Account Managers with insights that help law firms differentiate and win in their local markets

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally in a legal context
• Strong understanding of paid search fundamentals and Google Ads platform
• Experience writing high-performing search ad copy tailored to professional services
• Familiarity with tracking setup via GTM, GA4, and legal CRM systems (e.g., Clio, Lawmatics)
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data analysis, and performance dashboards
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Bonus: Experience working with or marketing for law firms
