Quality Manager (100-130K)

We are looking to hire a Quality Manager to ensure excellence in products and processes while leading a talented team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Company Overview :

Job Duties :

• Drive Quality Excellence: Oversee and enhance our ISO 9001:2015-certified Quality Management System.
• Lead and Inspire: Manage a skilled team of engineers and technicians, driving initiatives to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Development to support production and launch new, industry-leading products.
• Track and Innovate: Analyze key quality metrics (KPIs), resolve non-conformances, and lead process improvements to achieve superior results.

Education and Background :

• Bachelors degree and 5+ years in Quality Engineering or Management.
• Will also consider an Associates degree and 10+ years in Quality Engineering or Management.
• Knowledgeable with ISO 9001 standards, and a talent for problem-solving and communication.
• Passion for improving processes, building teams, and delivering quality that exceeds expectations.
