We are currently seeking a Quality Improvement Assistant for our Wyncote, PA office. This position requires frequent local travel.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assists with developing and implementing the Agency’s Quality Improvement Program.
• Assists in the implementation of approved recommendations and assessing the Agency’s success in correcting problems.
• Ensuring staff development including orientation, in-service education, continuing education and evaluation of staff are current and include Quality Improvement initiatives.
• Indirectly assists with directing and monitoring organizational Performance Improvement activities.
• Makes home visits regularly to observe care being rendered to assess the condition and use of equipment and supplies, and to receive reports of the client/family satisfaction with care/services.
• Assures the confidentiality of client records.

Requirements:

• Must have vehicle to travel locally
• Bilingual skills preferred (English/Spanish)
• Home care and/or customer service experience preferred
