Responsibilities Serve as company contact for job information, application requests, and application receipt. Status candidates via the applicant tracking system. Provide services to department managers to assist with filling position vacancies. Close paperwork loop between a department’s job offer and Human Recourses. Establish contacts and develop materials for recruiting efforts. Attend career fairs and represent Quadax at college recruiting tables. Expand web recruiting and expand Quadax base of recruiting partnerships. Other duties as assigned. Education/Experience College degree or 2+ years of equivalent work experience Experience recruiting insurance specialists and medical billers a plus.
