As our first Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be the most prominent ambassador for Fractional AI as we build our most critical asset, our team. You’ll facilitate a delightful candidate experience while driving an efficient recruiting process. What you’ll do: Be the first point of contact for candidates and create a welcoming, thoughtful, and efficient experience throughout the recruiting process Coordinate interviews, manage communication, and ensure seamless scheduling for both candidates and interviewers Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) with up-to-date candidate data and pipeline visibility Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep processes moving quickly and smoothly Help build and continuously improve an inclusive, white-glove, AI-native recruiting experience What you bring to the table: Experience in recruiting coordination or any field that requires attention to detail, quick thinking, and exceptional communication - this is a great role to break into tech!
