• Hospital Billing Admin- REQUIRED

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of Epic Resolute HB Build & Support experience.
• Must possess good analytical and troubleshooting skills and readiness to work across multiple applications/ modules
• Comfortable and familiar with integrated testing workflows
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal/external customers and vendors bridging the gap between operational decision makers and their desired technical outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with review of upgrade related Nova Notes, stakeholder review, and subsequent build if required. In a QAL capacity preferred but not required.
• Prior experience of working in ITSM and Ticketing tools like ServiceNow is a plus.

Day-To-Day:

• Ability to work in cross functional teams with a willingness to engage customers and establish rapport with individuals in operational roles.
• Ability to shift dynamically and effectively between maintenance, break fix remediation, and project type work depending on team current need

Compensation:

$60/hr to $65/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
