Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to build, execute, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing pipeline. In this role, you will design and optimize cold outreach systems, oversee our CRM, manage the lead qualification process, and ensure performance across all key marketing channels.

This is a unique opportunity for an operationally minded builder who thrives in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to scale our lead generation and marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Development & Lead Generation

  • Develop, execute, and track cold outreach campaigns (email and phone).
  • Collaborate with internal team members to optimize deliverability, messaging, and response rates.
  • Set up and manage a cold calling team, leveraging tools such as Mojo Dialer or CallRail.
  • Define and implement a lead qualification framework to ensure pipeline quality.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on warm leads within 24–48 hours.

Key metrics include:

  • 500+ outbound emails per week; 10%+ open rate; 3%+ reply rate
  • 100+ outbound calls per week; 10+ qualified leads per month
  • 70%+ of leads properly classified in the CRM
  • Maintain or increase average deal size month-over-month

CRM Implementation & Optimization

  • Lead the implementation, management, and ongoing optimization of GoHighLevel (or similar CRM).
  • Track all outbound activity, lead status, pipeline stages, and close rates.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and timely updates within a 24-hour turnaround.

Marketing Execution & Reporting

  • Oversee performance across four core channels: cold email and phone outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, paid search (Google Ads), and organic and referral marketing.
  • Monitor and manage cost per lead, CTRs, and conversion rates to ensure campaigns remain within budget and deliver ROI.
  • Support LinkedIn outreach efforts to engage surgeons and hospital decision-makers.

Key metrics include:

  • Cost per lead within budget; 20%+ conversion to qualified lead
  • CTR above 5 percent; 3+ leads per week from paid search
  • 50+ new LinkedIn connections per week; 10+ LinkedIn responses per week
  • Minimum of one organic post per week on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook

Project & Task Management

  • Prepare weekly sales and marketing dashboards, agendas, and updates ahead of team meetings.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all outreach and marketing tasks are on track.
  • Maintain up-to-date project tracking and task completion through Monday.com.

Key metrics include:

  • 95 percent or higher task completion rate weekly; no overdue critical items

Professional Brand Management

  • Support Surgical Republic’s social presence by maintaining and coordinating brand updates across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Ensure regular bi-weekly brand updates and weekly posts to build credibility and reach.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Three to six years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or growth marketing operations, preferably in B2B healthcare, medical devices, or a related industry.
  • Proven success setting up and managing cold outreach and cold calling teams.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM implementation and optimization (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Familiarity with paid search campaigns (Google Ads) and cost-per-lead performance tracking.
  • Strong data tracking and KPI management skills, with a passion for building dashboards and refining processes.
  • Excellent project management abilities and experience using Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar tools.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
