Position Summary

Quadax is seeking an RPA Developer to accelerate automation deployment and enhance process efficiency within the revenue cycle space. This individual will play a critical role in building, testing, and optimizing Blue Prism Automations to drive cost savings and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Blue Prism Development: Design, build, and optimize automations to efficiently execute backlog items and increase financial benefits.
• Process Design & Documentation: Convert business requirements into robust, scalable RPA solutions with clear process mapping.
• Code Optimization & Reusability: Develop reusable bot components to streamline deployment and reduce maintenance overhead.
• Exception Handling & Error Management: Implement reliable exception-handling frameworks to ensure seamless bot operation in production.
• UAT Coordination & Execution: Partner with business users to conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing and refine automations based on feedback.
• Issue Resolution & Debugging: Troubleshoot and resolve UAT-related automation inefficiencies after production rollout.
• Deployment & Hypercare Support: Facilitate smooth transitions from UAT to live operations, ensuring rapid stabilization of automations.

Required Skills & Experience

• RPA Expertise: 3–5+ years of hands-on development experience in Blue Prism , including process automation design.
• Process Optimization Knowledge: Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows, automation opportunities, and cost-saving strategies.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with scripting languages, database management, API integrations, and use of AI tools to facilitate development & delivery.
• Problem-Solving & Debugging: Ability to identify and resolve automation inefficiencies through structured debugging and optimization.
• Project Management Acumen: Knowledge of backlog management, Agile methodologies, and automation prioritization.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong communication skills to liaise with analysts, business units, and leadership.
• Certifications: Blue Prism Developer or Solutions Architect certification preferred.
