Immediate Full-Time and Part Time positions available in Big Spring and Stanton. Must have reliable transportation and own weapon and equipment for commissioned posts. Company uniforms provided. Responsibilities

• Report for duty on time and in approved uniform
• Inspect and patrol premises while ensuring all property entrances and exits are secure
• Monitor surveillance cameras and investigate any suspicious behaviors or situations
• Respond and react efficiently to alarms and emergency situations
• Document any unsafe equipment areas to appropriate departments for repairs or maintenance
• Submit accurate and concise reports and utilize QR code scanning as per client guidelines
• Allow authorized entrance of people and vehicles on client property
• Be respectful and display professionalism to clients, visitors, and leaders that you come in contact with
• Relate and communicate with co-workers as part of a team

Qualifications

Level III Private Security License - ACTIVE

Former Law Enforcement or Military Background required or 3 years minimum in armed private security

Experience with report writing and utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstration of knowledge in firearm proficiency and be able to stand or walk for long periods of time.

Ability to adapt to follow established protocols at different locations and consistently comply

Clean driving record required. Must pass background check and pre-employment UA prior to job offer
