The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining our business processes, improving our systems, and driving our business strategy forward. Remote work 401k match Growing company with under 200 employees Room for internal growth Job Responsibilities Work closely with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to understand their business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements. Drive the development and implementation of new systems and processes to enhance our business operations, with a focus on mortgage lending and integrations. Lead testing and QA processes to ensure successful implementation of new systems and enhancements, resolving issues as they arise. Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user guides. Analyze business operations and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and strategic initiatives. Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and alignment. Stay updated with industry trends to foster innovation and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years experience as a business analyst, preferably in tech services. Extensive experience with mortgage lending and system integrations. Strong knowledge of development processes and methodologies. Proven testing and QA experience with attention to detail. Solid understanding of REST API and API concepts. Excellent analytical skills for interpreting complex data and deriving insights. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Creative problem-solving skills for complex business challenges. Professional Business Analysis certification is a plus.
