JOB SUMMARY
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
· Requires minimum 5 years progressively responsible experience in recruiting, sourcing, hiring, compensation administration and regulatory compliance gained in a dynamic, changing business environment in excess of degree requirements.
· Requires experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
· Minimum of 3-year Corporate Recruiting Experience is required.
· Excellent communication skills.
