Senior Director Franchise Operations - Bolivia

This role leads the growth agenda with the bottler, aligning local and regional strategies and plans. Manages daily operations to ensure business results in Bolivia and leads strategic, operational, and commercial projects involving the System.

  • Define local/regional strategy and develop plans to maximize business opportunities with the Bottler's Senior/Regional team.
  • Manage daily franchise operations, including marketing, commercial, and financial activities; execute strategies with bottling partners; ensure local relevance and alignment; review and implement revenue growth initiatives.
  • Lead the execution of Strategic Business Priorities by empowering Bottler's Senior/Regional Leadership Teams.
  • Ensure disciplined decision-making and results tracking through effective management routines across various levels.
  • Maintain deep market understanding to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including shareholders and senior bottler management.
  • Coordinate with other regions and international peers for best practice sharing and alignment.

Experience: 10-15 years within the Coca-Cola System or industry, with desired marketing and commercial experience. Bottler marketing or commercial strategy experience and retail channel understanding are preferred. Proven leadership and team management skills are mandatory. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Work Focus: Collaborate with bottlers on decision-making in key areas such as RGM and budgeting. Work autonomously, making sound decisions aligned with Coca-Cola and bottler guidelines. Continuously seek new regional market opportunities to generate value in line with strategic priorities.

Leadership Skills: Critical for developing Bolivias business and elevating the teams position. The role requires building long-term relationships within the System and LATAM functions, serving as a role model in leadership behaviors.

Communication Focus: External: Engage with senior bottler partners to ensure operational discipline and results. Internal: Work closely with the frontline team to create synergies and resource alignment within LATAM.
