Essential Functions

• Reports defective materials to Department Supervisor.
• Work with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to search multiple product locations within inventory.
• Organize and manage consumable inventory.
• Occasionally handle blue ice with gloves.
• Process a high volume of orders for both international and domestic destinations.
• Communicate regularly with customer service to ensure any last?minute requirements are met and tracking information is sent.
• Use a variety of postal carriers FEDEX, DHL, UPS, KWE.
• Efficiently pack orders to balance both weight and volume.
• Edit and draft standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Handle dangerous goods shipping.
• Assist packaging technicians in picking and packing orders as needed.
• Meet performance targets.
• Support 5S activities throughout the warehouse.
• Report and/or solve posting issues with NAV.

Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience

• High School Diploma.
• 2+ years of related warehouse inventory experience.

Preferred Qualifications Education and Experience

• 3 years working with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV).
• 5 years of recent shipping experience with both international and domestic orders.
• Qualified trainer.
• 3 years ISO 13485 experience.
• IATA/DOT certified dangerous goods handler.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain quality while fulfilling a high volume of orders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast?paced environment.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Warehouse setting with occasional data entry. The role requires standing, walking, reaching, and handling objects with hands and fingers. The employee will also be exposed to a laboratory environment occasionally.

Compensation

$21.00 - $26.00 per hour.
