DIRECTV is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to be part of our Information Technology Chief of Staff team. This developing professional is responsible for contributing to the design implementation and assessment of employee engagement initiatives that enhance workplace culture and drive organizational productivity. The Specialist supports the delivery of programs that foster positive Information Technology employee experiences throughout the employment lifecycle working collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to create a workplace environment aligned with organizational values and objectives.

The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for each of DIRECTVs 4 (four) US Labor Market Zones. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.

Low (N1): $65645 - $98515
Mid (N2): $69100 - $103700
High (N3): $76010 - $114070
Top (N4): $79465 - $119255
