ABR is recruiting Tax Professional for a client in Wisconsin Rapids, WI! ? Location: Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, on-site ? Full-Time | Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with experience) About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Tax Professional to join our growing, client-focused firm. This opportunity is perfect for someone who has been operating independently but is now looking for greater client volume, more stability, and the support of a structured, growth-oriented environment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for preparing both individual and business tax returns and offering financial guidance when appropriate. We are looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also values strong client relationships and is ready to grow with us. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review individual (1040) and business tax returns (e.g., 1120, 1120S, 1065) Conduct tax planning and provide financial advice where applicable Stay current on federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations Communicate directly with clients to gather information, explain tax positions, and provide updates Collaborate with internal team members to ensure efficient workflow and compliance Contribute to firm growth by maintaining high client satisfaction and retention Ideal Candidate Will Have: ~3+ years of tax preparation experience (individual and business) ~ CPA or EA preferred (but not required) ~ Strong knowledge of current tax laws and regulations ~ Proficiency in tax software and accounting platforms ~ Excellent communication and organizational skills ~ A client-first mindset and desire to work in a collaborative environment ~ A background in independent practice or solo work is a plus ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
